1. Agreement
By using BaseLine Compliance you agree to these terms. If you use BaseLine Compliance on behalf of a business, you accept them for that business.
2. Services
We provide compliance tracking software and, on eligible plans, filing services performed by qualified professionals based on information you supply.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, complete and timely information and approve filings before submission. You remain responsible for your legal obligations.
4. Fees
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Government and statutory fees are charged separately at cost.
5. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim, except where the law does not allow it.
6. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
